I've written my resume in XML and have transformed into various file formats.

• HTML
  Online version, the only format with hyperlinks, also have added several acronyms (hover mouse over an acronym such as J2EE to see).
• PDF (Portable Document Format)
  High quality, good for printing.
• Plain Text
  Best for email inline.
• RTF (Rich Text Format)
  Imports nicely into Microsoft Word, however the bullets seem to be mangled (missing Unicode character in Word).
